Account Managers interface

Relationship

  • Develop mutual trust, mentors, relationships, including management to management with our customers and manufacturers – bringing them together for a common cause. Win / Win / Win

Sales & Marketing

  • Strategic planning, tactical implementation, relationship building & demand creation. Validate potential business & customers' future technology roadmap.

Purchasing

  • Create opening to target programs, negotiate pricing, contract terms, LOI and NDA.

Engineering

  • Present our technology roadmap.
  • Phase zero involvement.
  • Assist in design specification and technology fit.
  • Follow migration path – Next Gen

Program Management

  • Manage and monitor customer and manufacturer mutual expectations of the PDT, APQP process, PPAP process and safe launch via action items list.

Quality

  • First line of contact for quality concerns, rejects, failure analysis, 8D, 5 phase – to ensure closure and scorecard accuracy.

Manufacturing Location

  • Interface, monitor, and train for proper handling and processing of manufacturers product.

Material planning

  • Ensure proper planning for safe launch, Line load, lead- times, logistics, - forecast production releases, monitor significant changes, balance out of production and obsolescence risk.

Accounting

  • Coordinate resolution of invoice issues.
